5x3 @ 70% 1RM Front Squat
*2 for 1 Front Squats will be performed with a full squat, then coming up half way up and going right back down into a full squat. After that, you will stand up all the way up to lock out; this will conclude 1 rep. Repeat 2 more times for 3 full repetitions.
