Sunday WOD will notbe held at the Union Inter. High today because Craig has a Military Commitment, but the following wod can be completed at home.
Speed & Endurance WOD:
4 x 60 seconds ON w/ 30 seconds OFF
After 4 interval, rest 3 minutes between rounds.
*Mark your starting line, run for 60 seconds. Mark your finish line. After the 30 second rest, run back to the starting line w/ your 60 seconds (maintaine pace & distance for all 16 runs).
*once 5 reps are not attainable with the required rest break, drop reps to 4 but keep the rest break the same (5 seconds). Once 4 reps are not attainable with the required rest break, drop reps to 3 but keep the same rest break (5 seconds). Keep repeating this process as needed until 5 mins total are accomplished.
Workout of the Day (WOD):
Record time for each round;
Every 5 mins for 20 mins
10 Burpees Over bar
5 Snatches @ 135#/95#

*Double Unders/Singles will be performed by each team member first before moving on to Front Squats. Team will work together to accomplish reps on both Front Squats and Push Press, with only one person working at a time.
